Finally! PERIOD. is now on Android too

It's done. As of today, PERIOD. is live on the Google Play Store. For everyone who has been asking us "when is it coming to Android?", the answer is: now.

We deliberately took our time. Not because Android wasn't important to us, but because we wanted to get it right. And honestly, that took a while.

Three weeks of back-and-forth with Google

The Play Store review process is thorough, which is actually a good thing. Google looks closely at privacy, data practices, and how an app behaves. For an app like ours, built specifically around privacy, that meant answering questions, providing documentation, and explaining why we deliberately don't do certain things (like selling data, showing ads, or tracking location).

We went back and forth for three weeks. Resubmitted a few versions. Thought "okay, this is the one" more than once. And then suddenly it was live. Unannounced, on a Tuesday morning. That's just how it works, apparently.

"The wait was long, but it felt right that Google looks this closely. It confirms why we build the way we do."

Why Android matters to us

Not everyone has an iPhone. In fact, globally, the majority of people use Android. And an honest, privacy-friendly cycle app shouldn't sit behind a platform wall. Cycle insight isn't a luxury for people with expensive phones.

Android was always part of the plan. We started on iOS because that's where we could ship the best experience fastest, but PERIOD. is built for anyone who menstruates, regardless of what brand of phone they happen to own.

What you get

The exact same app as on iOS. Same features, same AI assistant, same cycle phases, same pattern recognition. And most importantly: the same promise.

  • No data sales. Period.
  • No ads. Never had them, never will.
  • No tracking. No analytics pixels mapping your behaviour.
  • Just insight. Into your cycle, your symptoms, your patterns, and what your body is actually trying to tell you.

Whether you're on iOS or Android: the app you open is the same. The data we don't collect is the same. The insight you get is the same.

Thanks for waiting
