## What we talked about

Millions of women use cycle apps to log their periods, symptoms and mood. That some of these apps collect and share far more data than users expect is a recurring point of criticism from privacy organisations and regulators.

Lisa told Joe and Ben how she and her partner Diederick built a Dutch privacy-first cycle app, without a technical background, with a lot of creative will, and using *vibecoding* (building with AI). And that we're now racing toward 100,000 users.
